This just in from the City of Seattle on Thurs. Feb 25. 9:00 AM
Accident involving seven vehicles on the northbound lanes of the Alaskan Way Viaduct at Seneca St. Emergency units are responding. SR 99 left lane blocked. Traffic is backed up to Spokane St, including the West Seattle Bridge and inching along.
