White Center Community Development Association to hold second 'Member Mixer'

Meeting set for Sept. 25 will focus on education and housing

The White Center Community Development Association will hold its second "Member Mixer" on Sept. 25 at the Educare Early Learning Center 625 S.W. 100th Street from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. Free food and refreshments will be provided.

The first meeting, held Aug. 7 produced some questions and raised issues that will be addressed in this meeting.

On the agenda are discussions on immigration reform, and immigrant barriers to education and housing, as well as the youth of white center and positive youth alternatives.

The meeting will be in the Professional Development Room, 204, 2nd Floor (childcare will be provided on the 1st floor)
