Pothole approach defines insanity

Dear Editor,

What is the definition of "insanity?" Why, doing the same thing over and over and looking for a different outcome. And thus, we come to the pot hole situation. What are they thinking? Using garbage material and soon? It all turns to garbage and you have to do it again. Your tax dollars at work. See sentence #1.
