Patti Mullen, West Seattle Chamber of Commerce Pres. and CEO leaving to work in Federal Way

Party to celebrate her service Dec.1 at Feedback Lounge

Patti Mullen, President and CEO of the West Seattle Chamber of Commerce for many years has tendered her resignation and taken a new job, with the Federal Way Chamber of Commerce starting in Janary, 2012.

Current Chamber Chairman, Dave Montoure of West 5 restaurant and lounge shared the news with Chamber members and the media in a letter sent Nov. 11.

Dear Chamber Members:
Over the last eight years, our Chamber has grown in membership, quality of programming, community partnership and advocacy, networking and learning opportunities. In addition, the Chamber has gained recognition throughout the Greater Seattle area as a strong leader for business on the Westside. So it is with mixed emotions that I share the news that Patti Mullen has accepted the position of President/CEO of the Federal Way Chamber of Commerce. She will begin her new post in January, 2012.

Please join me in wishing Patti the very best of success as she transitions to Federal Way. We will look forward to a festive send off for Patti at the Holiday Party on December 1st, at the Feedback Lounge, from 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm. I hope you will join us to personally thank Patti for her years of service and the hard work and solid results she has delivered to support our business community, our chamber, and each of us as business leaders.
Your Chamber board will be developing a leadership plan and will keep you apprised of our progress. Thank you for your continued partnership and support of the West Seattle Chamber of Commerce.
I hope to see you at our Holiday Party / Farewell to Patti on December 1st.

Best regards,
Dave Montoure
Chairman, Board of Directors
