West Seattle students will participate in dance program at Pacific NW Ballet Nov. 10

Students from Arbor Heights Elementary and Highland Park Elementary will join other Seattle Public School students Marion Oliver McCaw Hall on Saturday, Nov. 10 as part of the Discover Dance program led by Pacific Northwest Ballet (PNB).

Nearly 400 Seattle Public Schools students will perform.

The performance is a culmination of partnerships Students from Broadview-Thomson K-8, and Leschi Elementary will also be part of the show.

Fourteen 1st- through 3rd-grade classrooms from these schools worked with their teachers and PNB teaching artists to create and perform original dances that connect to concepts from their curriculum.

Also featured in the performance are Broadview-Thomson 6th-grade musicians, REACH Student Dance Group, and PNB Company dancers.
