5 shots fired at a West Seattle house but no one was injured

Shortly after 1 pm on Jan. 27, according to Seattle Police, a blue Chevy Blazer (or similar vehicle) drove by a home at 32nd SW and SW Othello in the 7300 block, stopping long enough to fire 5 shots at the residence. The vehicle then left headed south.

A man and woman were home at the time, but were not injured.

According to the police report bullets struck a fence post, a tree branch, the front door and living room window. The bullets that hit the door and window ended up inside the house.

Southwest Precinct officers responded quickly and conducted a search, but did not see or apprehend the suspects. Evidence was collected at the scene, and an investigation is underway.
