The proposed Admiral Station apartment project would be four stories and contain 48 apartments (one live-work unit) with 46 parking spaces provided below grade.

Four story, 47 unit apartment project proposed for 2715-2719 California Ave. SW

A Land Use Application has been filed to allow a 4-story, 48-unit apartment building spanning 2715 and 2719 California Ave. SW with one live-work unit and retail to be located at street level. Parking for 46 vehicles would be provided below grade. The existing structures would be demolished. It is permit number 3025941.

The project, dubbed Admiral Station is being designed by Seattle firm the Clark Design Group PLLC. It's owned by Paul Cesmat of West Seattle Construction.

The following approvals are required:

SEPA Environmental Determination (This project is subject to the Optional DNS Process (WAC 197-11-355) and Early DNS Process (SMC 25.05.355). This comment period may be the only opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of this proposal.
