" I don't see why the WSH online even bothers to list a Sports section. There is seldom any coverage, especially this time of year, despite having highly ranked teams (and the two-time girls state champs) in their own backyard. And I've yet to receive a response to my post on Feb. 1st. Pathetic!!! "

" The Seattle Stallions Football Club Tryout Combine will be held on Saturday, February 17, 2007 at 12:30pm at the Southwest Athletic Complex Stadium ( directly across the street from Chief Sealth High School ). The address is 2600 SW Thistle St. in West Seattle. Please click on www.mapquest.com for specific driving directions. The administrative cost will be $20 for each player. This will be credited back in the event you make the team. All players hoping to roll with "The Stampede" in 2007 must be present. Head Coach Deke Devers and his staff will oversee the combine and evaluate prospective players at each position. For more information on our organization, please go to www.leaguelineup.com/ssts Sincerely, Alex Lewis "Beware of the Stampede" "

" I think it's pretty sad that you've got two highly ranked teams within your coverage area, yet you can take the time to put a story on the site for either one. What is the reasoning for the lack of sports coverage? "
