Myrtle Reservoir makeover: No skate park among concerns voiced Landscape architect Jim Yamaguchi of Nakano Associates unveiled his final plan of the controversial two-acre-plus Myrtle Reservoir Park layout at the third of four public meetings hosted by Seattle Parks and Recreation.
