The Port of Seattle manages shipping around Elliott Bay and operations at Sea-Tac International Airport. The five-member Port Commission meets at 1 p.m. on the second Tuesday of the month at Pier 69 and on the fourth Tuesday of the month at Sea-Tac Airport's large auditorium.
