4000 Beach Dr. S.W.

According to Parks historian Don Sherwood, this nearly quarter-acre of land was given to the city by a couple in 1948 for the exclusive use as neighborhood access to Puget Sound beachfront. Their beautiful gift still delights beachgoers today.
