The Elliott Bay water taxi operates during the summer between Seacrest Park and Pier 55 downtown. Crossing time is approximately 12 minutes. For its 2005 service it will run May 1 through Sept. 30 and the taxi linked up with a free Metro shuttle offering service from Seacrest Park to Alki and the Junction. One-way water-taxi trips are $3.
