Dora may be the best known beagle in West Seattle. That's because she spends her days at West Seattle License on Calfornia Avenue. Dora belongs to Tiffany DeMars and is just about one year old. "She's the customer greeter, said Tiffany," and her whole life is lived through her nose." Among Dora's many talents are dancing, speaking, and shaking hands with both paws. "She's a big time talker," said Tiffany.
