Emergency Repairs to Close Lander St. Tuesday

Tomorrow, July 29, Lander St , from 1st Ave S to 4th Ave S, will be closed to through-traffic from 5 a.m. to 3 p.m. The closure is necessary in order for Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad to make emergency repairs on the westerly tracks between Occidental Ave S and 3rd Ave S. Lander will be open for local access between 1st and Occidental and between 4th and 3rd Ave S. Eastbound through traffic will follow a signed detour on 1st Ave and westbound through-traffic will follow detour signs on 4th Ave S.
