Sealth All School Reunion July 13

All Alumni & Staff are invited to attend an all school reunion. The event will begin in the Commons (adjacent to the main office, the old ASB lounge). You will then be able to take a self guided walking tour to select open areas. Everyone will meet again in the Galleria (built in the courtyard previously located between the main school building and the gym) for talking time, refreshments, and class pictures. From Alki to Endolyne, the West Seattle Art Walk is brought to you by your local West Seattle merchants. Dozens of merchants in the West Seattle Junction, Alki Beach, Admiral District, Morgan Junction, Fauntleroy District and Delridge are displaying art and showcasing artists the second Thursday of EVERY month, 6-9pm!

Story Time with Seattle Firefighters @ Ballard Branch Library

What: The Seattle Fire Department is partnering with the Seattle Public Libraries for a reading program aimed at increasing literacy, and raising awareness of home fire safety. Firefighters will read the book No Dragons for Tea to preschool children from all around the city.

Meditation Class: “The Brain and the Science of Meditation"

What: As a scientist Dr. Ritz has had the good fortune to investigate meditation for the last 40 years. His conclusion is that the impact of meditation on our lives is far-reaching and profound. Dr. Ritz believes meditation aids us in reconnecting with our self - which is the goal of spirituality.

National Marina Day Celebration-Open Boat Event-Swapmeet

What: Marinas across the country, including Shilshole Bay Marina, invite community members to their facilities to show them the importance marinas play as family-friendly gateways to boating, and the responsibility marina personnel have as stewards of the environment.

Hawaiian Bouncefest At Loyal Heights Community Center

What: We’ll have bounce houses, game stations, and prizes. Dress in your best aloha outfit. Game cost: 50 cents per ticket (some games cost more than one ticket).
