Fundraiser for Doctors Without Borders Haitian Benefit

Join us this Sunday from 4-7pm at Beveridge Place Pub to help us raise money for "Doctors Without Borders" effort in Haiti. We'll be serving up hot dogs and sausages, [including veggie dogs], have a variety of silent auction items and run a raffle, too. So there's lots of ways for you to help! West Seattle Reservoir at Westcrest Park Community Meeting

Seattle Parks and Recreation is planning a new and unique community park on the top of the West Seattle Reservoir at Westcrest Park.

Whether you’re hearing about it for the first time, or are already actively involved, we invite you to bring your ideas and creative thoughts to the public meeting. The West Seattle Reservoir is located at 9000 8th Ave SW. This park project is funded by the Parks and Green Spaces Levy approved by Seattle voters in November 2008.

All-School Open House

There are many events planned this month and next to learn more about St. Alphonsus Parish School. The All-School Open House begins in the School Auditorium at 11:30 a.m. with a brief presentation followed by a tour of the school.

Parents looking at kindergarten are also invited to a Kindergarten Preview at 8:45 a.m. on Jan. 21.

Classes are open for observation on Feb.11; meet in the School Library at 10:30 a.m.
