White Center Food Bank Summer Solstice Benefit

There will be no better place to spend the longest day of the year than looking at sweeping views of our gorgeous Puget Sound and hopefully the deep hues of a magnificent sunset. Thanks to long time food bank supporters Lynne Ingalls and Mike Wald, the White Center Food Bank will benefit from a Summer Solstice cocktail party on June 23 at their West Seattle home, sure to inspire generous giving. Special guests will include State Senator Sharon Nelson, State Rep. Eileen Cody, State Rep. Joe Fitzgibbon and County Councilman Joe McDermott at this first time event.  read more »

Catsino charity gambling event -Beveridge Place Pub 2pm

Catsino, the benefit event for Furry Faces Foundation is back on Sunday, April 29 offering a range of games of chance all to benefit the work done by Furry Faces Foundation, A.A.R.F., Purrfect Pal and Regional Animal Services of King County.

The event gets underway at 2 pm at the Beveridge Place Pub 6413 California Avenue Southwest.

Games like Texas Snip ‘em, Pig Craps, BlackCat 21 and K9 Blackjack will all be featured at sponsor tables.
