Senior Housing Town Hall Meeting with Tom Rasmussen Apr. 23

Join Seattle City Councilmember, Tom Rasmussen, and a panel of experts at the Senior Center of West Seattle on Thursday, April 23rd from 12:30 – 2:30 pm. Please come and join us for a discussion on current senior housing issues and challenges in our community.

Seal Sitters presents "Flipper Fest", Sunday, May 31st

Seal Sitters MMSN will host "Flipper Fest", a free educational outreach event, on Sunday, May 31st, from 1-5pm at the Alki Bathhouse (2701 Alki Ave SW).

The event will feature 15 organizations with interactive exhibits on pinnipeds, cetaceans and invertebrates - as well as information on the devastating effects of marine debris and pollution in our waters. There will be a demonstration on how to secure crabs pots to keep marine mammals safe from dangerous entanglements.  read more »
