Antique Roadshow on Sept. 25 from 10am to 2pm

West Seattle residents are encouraged to bring your antiques for a free appraisal.

Six certified appraisers will be on hand for the event including one for coins and precious metals, and one more for dolls and english pottery, plus european rugs.

A 22-block long street party in Phinney Ridge and Greenwood. Greenwood Avenue is being opened up from 65th Street to 87th Street so pedestrians and bicyclists can come out to play and explore local businesses. This event builds on the monthly art walk, Art Up. It offers residents a cheap way to do family activities and reconnect with neighbors. It is also a chance for businesses to showcase products or services.
