This year’s theme is South of the Border. The evening will include Latin Cuisine dinner, dancing and a keepsake photo of Dad and Daughter(s). Please purchase tickets in advance at the Ballard Community Center 684.4093. Deadline for tickets is Jan. 29.

Jump into the New Year with this fun-filled jumping extravaganza. We have numerous bouncy houses, trampolines, jump ropes and more on this hoppin’ day! It’s going to be exciting! Activity Fee: $2 per person.

Ballard High School offers four dates for current eighth-graders to visit our school. Daytime visits begin at 8:15 a.m. in the Commons. The daytime dates are Jan. 7, Feb. 24 and March 2. Our evening open house is scheduled for Feb. 25 at 6:30 p.m. in the Main Gym. Location

The semi-annual Recycling Event will be held Saturday, September 19 from 9am to 3pm at the Twin Lakes Park & Ride (21st Ave SW & SW 344th).

The City sponsors the event for residents to drop off a wide range of materials not typically collected at the curb such as appliances, oil, wood, batteries, tires, electronics, fluorescent tubes, holiday lights and rigid plastics. New this year - mattresses and Styrofoam blocks will be accepted.
