Why: To raise funds for the West Seattle Boys Basketball Team 2012 Las Vegas Christmas tournament
Cost: $50.00

All proceeds go to travel cost. Tickets can be purchased at the door for $50. Dinner is at 4pm, and the poker tourney starts at 5pm. Ticket includes dinner, poker chips, and chance to win prizes, such as Husky football tickets, Safeway and Starbucks gift cards and more.

Back to School Fair at Neighborhood House

Friday, Aug. 24, 11-1:30 p.m. with workshops starting at 11:30-12:30 p.m. and again at 1-2 p.m.

Families attending one workshop and visiting the resource tables will receive school supplies and back packs. This is an opportunity to share information related to school success, volunteering in the classroom, tips and such, as well as community resources for tutoring and enrichment.
