Songwriting Class

Eric Taylor is a master storyteller and has been one of the finest southern songwriters for the last four decades. Influencing such well-known artists as Nanci Griffith, Lyle Lovett and Steve Earle, Taylor tours extensively throughout North America and Europe. Emergency Preparedness Class set for Delridge June 8

The Seattle Emergency Management folks continue to stress the Seattle Neighborhoods Actively Prepare program.

SNAP involves local citizens and neighborhood associations doing three things to prepare for an emergency or disaster.

The three steps are:

CoolMom Monthly meeting June 2

This month’s summer kickoff meeting will be held at 7:00 pm at C&P Coffee on California Ave.

Genesee-Schmitz Neighborhood Council Meeting

The first general meeting of the new GSNC will officially establish the Genesee-Schmitz Neighborhood Council with ratification of the boundaries and bylaws recommended by the organizing committee and election of officers. Information will be presented and discussion held in regard to “what’s next” for Genesee Hill school property, crime prevention and emergency preparedness.
