Ninth Avenue Park Meeting

Site Workshop and Seattle Parks and Recreation are hosting the third and final design meeting for the new park on Ninth Avenue Northwest. At this meeting, a final design culled from input at the two previous meetings will be presented.

Sandel Play Area Meeting

Seattle Parks and Recreation will host a public meeting for the Sandel Play Area renovation project. Sandel Park is located at 9053 First Ave. N.W.

Deadline for Small and Simple Grant Applications

Have ideas for neighborhood improvements? Propose a project today. The Neighborhood Projects Funds can be used for small-scale improvements such as sidewalk repair, traffic circles and traffic calming, sidewalks, school zone speed limit signs, playground improvements, etc.

Coffee Hour with Rep. Carlyle

36th District Rep. Reuven Carlyle will host a coffee chat in Crown Hill as part of a series of four coffee hours that Saturday to hear from neighbors before the start of the 2010 legislative session.

Greenwood Art Walk

The monthly art walk offers friends and neighbors an evening where they can shop works from local Northwest artists, explore great food in the Greenwood-Phinney community and support local young people through different community giving programs throughout the year.
