Morgan Junction Festival June 23 in West Seattle

The annual Morgan Junction Festival will take place June 23.

It all happens in the Morgan Junction at the intersection of Morgan Street, California Avenue SW and Fauntleroy Way SW with the booths in the parking area behind Zeeks Pizza, Feedback Lounge and Washington Federal, along Beveridge Place SW, and musical acts appearing in the Morgan Junction Park.

Additional kids activities, including a gift-certificate Bank Vault (each participant enters and grabs coupons being blown about by an internal fan), will be located in the Washington Federal parking lot.  read more »

Alki Art Fair July 23 -24

Art vendors, food vendors and a music stage plus other performing arts are all part of the Alki Art Fair July 23, from 10:00 am to 6:00pm. More than 75 vendors are expected to take part.

2011 is a special year due to the centennial celebration of the Alki Bathhouse (1911 – 2011). A quick trip inside the bathhouse will reveal historical displays.
