5th Annual Morgan Junction Festival

Fremont Fair and Solstice Parade

First Annual Spring Fling

Father's Day Car Show

More than 200 cars are on display for this event which takes place from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on 152nd between 4th SW and 8th SW and on 6th SW between 152nd and 153rd (all of which are closed off for the day).

Car clubs from around the Puget Sound area are invited to display their vehicles, as are Burien's new car dealers (who also help sponsor the event).
The Strawberry Festival will be running June 19 & 20 in same area.

Taste of Norway/Norwegian Cultural and Heritage Day

The Leif to Leif 5K Fun Run/Walk kicks off at 9 a.m. followed by Tastes of Norway/Norwegian Cultural and Heritage Day starting at 10 a.m.

Presentations and demonstrations of traditional Norwegian handicrafts, music, song and dance, featuring folk dance troupe Leikarringen. Crafts and food will be available for purchase throughout the day. Pickled herring taste-off. Let your taste buds judge who makes the best. Artists will demonstrate weaving, rug tying and knitting. Rosemaling, or rose painting, a traditional Norwegian craft dating to the 1700s, will be on display.  read more »
