Come join Seattle Parks and Recreation for games, face painting, treats and prizes. Volunteers are needed, so please call the center if you are interested. Costumes are encouraged, but optional. This event is for children 1 year of age and older.

22nd Annual Fishermen's Fall Festival

A FREE event celebrating our local fishing fleet and features industry related exhibits and competitions, fundraising salmon barbeque, children’s activities including an appearance by J.P. 4th Annual Coho Salmon Fishing Derby Benefit

Ballard Elks Sixth Annual Car Show

Bring your Classic Wheels to our car show. Entry to ‘show’ your car is by donation and their will be a prize trophy for Best in Show. A great Fun Family event; a BBQ with hamburgers and hot dogs, and a beer garden for mom & dad. Bake Sale & Plant Sale too! Proceeds support Elk charities. Good opportunity to meet local Elks. Alki Art Fair

Dozens of artists and vendors will return for the annual Alki Art Fair July 24, 25 South of the Alki Bathouse.
The fair runs 10 am to 4pm both days.

Paintings, jewelry, pottery, and much more will be on display by artists from West Seattle and around the Northwest.

July Jubilee Days Parade and Kids Parade

This year we have several very well known performing groups coming to town to perform in our parade. The Charros Association of Washington, will have a performance showing the training skills and agility of the horses and horsemen alike.

The members are on horseback performing routines as they go along the Parade route.

July Jubilee Days Show & Shine car event

This will be held on Saturday July 17 at the DSHS parking lot just south of Bartell’s Drug in White Center on 15th Ave S. W., one block south of SW Roxbury. Custom cars from around the White Center area will be on display.

There will be 2 bands and a DJ providing rock and car related music.
