The body's requirements for oxygen vary widely with muscular activity. Sometimes we interfere, hold our breath or get tense. Breathing and moving efficiently will benefit intelligence, balance, avoid injury and pain, and increase your sense of well being. Play around with experiments, increase your efficiency in yoga, working at your computer, speaking to people, singing, playing an instrument, dancing, walking, singing. $80.

Line dance classes, level 2

In this intermediate level class, we’ll learn more steps to music like swing, rock and roll, waltz, zydeco and western. If you’ve line danced before and want to get back into it, come check out this class. $30 PNA member, $40 nonmember.

Community kitchen
