Sons of Norway Fitness Classes

10:15 a.m., Wednesdays

A series of exercise and fitness class will be held at the Leif Erikson Lodge Sons of Norway and costs $10 for four weeks. The instructor, Audry Pan Collins, is a personal trainer and instructor who has devised the class called Fit after 50. She has presented it in several venues. Greenwood Body & Brain Holistic Wellness Center Grand Opening

The community is invited to receive free consultations, energy readings and hand/shoulder healing massages at the Body & Brain Holistic Wellness Center grand opening.

There will be a free open class held at 10 a.m. and noon. Each class is one hour long and is comprised of deep stretching, breath work, meditation, energy training and brain wave vibration (a dynamic movement meditation).
