Havoc is looking for a couple more players born in 1999 or 2000 to be a part of Seattle’s premier fastpitch club. Our club has exclusive rights to the retired Queen Anne HS Gym that contains four batting cages and room for full infield practices. Our focus is on fundamentals and to always have fun, with goals of competing well against anybody in the state.

Baseball and softball season is just around the corner and Ballard Little League registration is now open. For more than 50 years Ballard Little League has offered baseball and softball programs to girls and boys from ages 8-16 who live within certain boundary limits. The Friends of Ballard Basketball will be honoring Ballard High School Class of 66 alum George Irvine with a jersey retirement ceremony and dinner Jan. 22. The evening will start with the junior varsity boys basketball team playing at 5 p.m. in the Ballard High School gym. Following the game, there will be a dinner and program celebrating Irvine and the boys basketball tradition at Ballard from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. in the Commons.
Signup for the Ballard Boys and Girls Club spring baseball season starts Feb. 8. The cost is $60, plus $15 for a current Boys and Girls Club membership. There are four leagues available: Rookie Teeball, Teeball, Rookie Machine Pitch and Machine Pitch.
Bring your friends, family, toddlers and more for this fun and exciting time. Bring your paddle and be ready to compete. Open for all levels of experience. Cost: $2.
July 6 – 10: fielding, July 13 – 17: hitting, July 20 – 24: total baseball, July 24 – 31: advanced hitting. For 8 – 12 year olds, $130 per session. Bring baseball cap, mitt, long pants, water and lunch. Call or come in to register.
