It's always good to get community input on the development of a strategic plan. What is also important but seems less often done is making the final plan easily accessible when finished and then easily followed as it gets implemented.

We would really like to see more local governments implementing systems that help keep the public informed as strategic initiatives are started and implemented and completed.
